Jeans ‘n Classics has been performing in London for a very long time, but never at this type of level. This is the first of many concerts that will be played in London since the band parted ways with Orchestra London. They have arranged their own orchestra to play at the London Convention Centre rather than Centennial Hall. This is a great partnership they have with A Rose in my Book, supporting breast cancer research and vowing to raise one million dollars over the next five years to put towards funding of the research.
What better way to kick all this off than with the very best of Jeans ‘n Classics music. There was a huge range of different genre’s and vocals to celebrate the launch of the new venue. Additional perks included being able to photograph and shoot video of the event, of which the video was also being broadcast on two large screens on either side of the stage for all viewers in the audience to partake in the excitement.
The whole event fell nothing short of brilliant with the wonderful vocals of all the singers from Jeans ‘n Classics, not forgetting the instruments, conductor and the whole orchestra that was put together. I look forward to many more in the coming months and years to come!
